Contemporary Neapolitan pizzas take centre stage here, platforming the dish’s defining sparsely topped, softer crusts. Each pizza is coated with a layer of San Marzano tomatoes before being decorated with playfully innovative toppings like sliced potatoes and gorgonzola cheese or pineapple jam.

Pizza pies are a dish best served communally, offering a perfect buka puasa option to share amongst family or loved ones.
