Classic Neapolitan pizzas is the name of the game in Round Pizza, where each ingredient is thoughtfully placed on the pizza, and cooked in a fire hot oven at 400 degree celsius.
Originally starting off at home, head chef Alan Goh took a serious interest in learning how to create the perfect Neapolitan pie, with a focus on the dough, and the importance of using the right flour, its protein percentages, and hydration.
