This summer, the hotel has partnered with luxury jeweller Qeelin to launch a menu that’s guaranteed to be a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Guests can indulge in teatime delights including smoked duck breast with plum gel in a charcoal mini bun, crispy sesame balls with barbecued pork, and sweet bites such as red bean coconut tart and white chocolate berries mousse cake—all beautifully presented on a unique panda-shaped stand inspired by the brand’s oriental influences.
