1. Mikuni

This March, in honour of Hina Matsuri, Mikuni will be launching a special bento set that has been masterfully created with impressive selections such as Mikuni’s Signature Sea Urchin Shell, a beautiful Grilled Amadai infused with Japanese XO Ginan, creamy Lobster Sea Urchin Gratin that has been torched to perfection and more. The meal is finished off with a Sesame Praline Puff, served with Miso Orange Ice Cream and a glass of refreshing Amazake.

Visit Art for a taste of executive chef Daniele Sperindio’s latest degustation menu, An Italian Tale Chapter 2. Choose between its six- and eight-course menu and enjoy delectable neo-Italian fare. Standouts include Oro Colato, featuring tender ribbons of tagliarini entwined with an aromatic saffron and spanner crab sauce, and finished with luxurious sea urchin and liquorice zest.
 
Another must-try is Cameo, Sperindio’s interpretation of a savoury panna cotta comprising finely textured cream pudding infused with flavours of cauliflower and topped with smoked Oscietra caviar. As for dessert, dig into Crescendo, an elegant medley of Stracciatella cheese, candied black olives, blood orange and pistachio. Book here.

3. Shabestan

Persian New Year falls on March 20. Celebrate it in Singapore with a lavish buffet at Shabestan. Savour an array of traditional dishes including Kuku Sabzi, a Persian omelette consisting of vegetables, herbs and egg; and Tahchin, an Iranian rice dish of rice, yoghurt, saffron and eggs.

4. Luke’s Lobster

Lobster and beer—what more can you ask for? Head to Luke’s Lobster and indulge in its latest Roll & Beer buddy set. It features beers from Ugly Half Beer, a microbrewery from Wugu, Taiwan.
 
Each set consists of its signature lobster roll, which is essentially juicy lobster chunks from Maine, US; as well as Luke’s Trio, a set offering half servings of lobster roll, crab roll and shrimp roll. 5. Book Ahead: Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant

Li Bai’s executive Chinese chef Chung Yiu Ming has teamed up with Japanese chef Akihiro Maetomo of Maetomo Japanese Cuisine to craft a mouth-watering eight-course dinner. The latest four-hands experience is a sumptuous display of fusion fare that showcases the culinary expertise of both chefs.
 
Whet the appetite with the mildly sweet flounder sashimi adorned with fragrant shaved truffle. Then, be enthralled with dishes such as buttery Hokkaido scallops and okra wrapped in a thin egg white crepe; rich coffee-glazed A5 Kagoshima Wagyu served alongside junsai vinegar; and Japanese abalone simmered for four hours and presented on a bed of charcoal beancurd. 6. Book Ahead: Gemma Steakhouse
