Head down with the family and tuck into gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free plates. For instance, I Love NY is a gluten-free bagelwich loaded with creamy scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, caramelised onions and herb cream cheese. Those with a sweet tooth can go for the gluten-free and dairy-free Tahitian, fluffy coconut pancakes topped with coconut yoghurt, passionfruit syrup and fresh mangoes.

Savoury lovers will do well to order the brie and roasted mushroom croissant. A crowd favourite, it consists of melty brie and aromatic mushrooms enveloped within a warm, flaky croissant.

Planning a family meal which also includes your furry pets? You are more than welcome to dine at this kid- and pet-friendly oasis situated within the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Savour a hearty meal of wonderfully pan-roasted salmon with couscous; braised cheek Bolognese; and smoked chicken mayo pizza. Ideal for sharing, the decadent pizza is topped with smoked chicken breast, leeks and mayonnaise.

Standouts include Cave’s signature Genovese pesto risotto, a creamy dish of Arborio rice and pesto topped with rich buffalo mozzarella cheese and green asparagus; and pizza Siciliana, a thin-crust, wood-fired pizza studded with traditional Sicilian pork sausages, salami, and roasted capsicums.
