From boundary-pushing cocktail bars and heritage dining to world-class luxury stays, the Lion City’s hospitality leaders shone at Yan Garden, with six restaurants, nine bars and four hotels making Tatler Best Asia Pacific 2026’s Best 100 lists during a five-day programme of awards, takeovers and industry talks

Singapore’s hospitality industry claimed a formidable 19 spots across the prestigious Best 100 lists at the third edition of Tatler Best Asia Pacific Awards, earning representation through six restaurants, nine bars and four luxury hotels.

The dining sector accounted for six positions on the Best 100 Restaurants list, celebrating a dynamic spectrum of culinary identity: contemporary Australian barbecue at Burnt Ends, avant-garde Singaporean cooking at Labyrinth, contemporary Korean flavours at Meta, classic French fine dining at Odette, refined Cantonese fare at Peach Blossoms and ingredient-focused Southeast Asian heritage at Seroja.

Singapore’s cocktail landscape made an even broader impression with nine establishments securing places on the Best 100 Bars list: Atlas, Bar Bon Funk, Jigger & Pony, Last Word, Live Twice, Native, Nutmeg & Clove, Offtrack and Origin Bar. The cohort showcases the remarkable range of the local scene, extending from the grand, historic glamour and immense spirits archive of Atlas to the boundary-pushing mixology at Jigger & Pony and the closed-loop sustainability ethos at Native.

Rounding off the city’s haul, four properties earned rankings on the Best 100 Hotels list: Capella Singapore, Raffles Sentosa Singapore, Raffles Singapore and The Singapore Edition. Together, they demonstrate Singapore’s depth in luxury hospitality, spanning historic civic landmarks, tranquil island resorts and modern, design-forward retreats.

These regional honours were unveiled at an exclusive awards ceremony staged at Yan Garden in Shanghai on October 22, welcoming roughly 600 industry leaders and luminaries from across the Asia-Pacific region. The venue, which is slated to open officially in early 2027, provided the backdrop for honouring 300 regional venues across the three core Best 100 lists, as well as an expanded series of Best-in-Class distinctions featuring new awards for Best Hotel Spa (Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve), Best Family Hotel (Soneva Fushi) and the platform’s first cruise accolades.

Best Private Charter went to Simpson Marine, Best Family-Friendly Cruise to Disney Cruise Line, Best Boutique Cruise Line to Aqua Expeditions and Cruise of the Year to The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.

The gala served as the centrepiece of a wider five-day showcase running from October 20 to 24 across Tatler Best awarded venues in Shanghai. Throughout the week, the Tatler Best Talks gathered hospitality pioneers for invitation-only panel discussions, while the inaugural Tatler Best x Instagram Creators Spotlight 2026—launched in collaboration with Meta—celebrated regional digital tastemakers and visual curators. The programme also featured the Tatler Best Takeovers, a dynamic citywide series that paired award-winning chefs and bartenders for collaborative, limited-run dining and cocktail residencies at venues across Shanghai.
