Located at the Sheraton Towers Singapore hotel on Scotts Road, Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant is an established local favourite epitomising authentic Cantonese cuisine. For over two decades, the restaurant has been under the skilful guidance of executive chef Yiu Ming, amassing a devoted following captivated by its familiar yet refined offerings. A standout is the barbecued Peking duck, a true spectacle and a house speciality. Witness the artistry as the succulent bird is carved tableside for the diner to then enfold the skin in delicate pancakes along with crisp cucumber, vibrant spring onion and a drizzle of sweet plum sauce. Sautéed fresh prawns in Szechuan sauce is another highlight. The plump prawns are enrobed in a sauce that marries tanginess, subtle sweetness and savoury notes in perfect unison.
