Meat lovers will delight in Fat Cow’s latest Wagyu omakase menu—a 10-course feast featuring a premium selection of Japanese Wagyu. Be enthralled with dishes such as the buttery A4 Miyazaki Wagyu tartare, accompanied with uni, ikura and caviar; classic Miyazaki Wagyu sukiyaki with fragrant black truffle; and the grilled bluefin tuna collar with shredded kelp. The star of the experience though is the luxurious Saroma Lake Wagyu, which is prepared by grilling the steak over binchotan and beautifying it with housemade truffle teriyaki and ginger sauce. 2. Rise

4. Tippling Club

Chef-owner Ryan Clift and head chef Ayo Adeyemi present new lunch and dinner menus featuring fresh ingredients procured from around the world. While the menus rotate on a fortnightly basis, gourmands can anticipate innovative avant-garde dishes such as rich foie gras cheesecake garnished with amaou strawberry and Iranian pistachio; chicken liver parfait with bitter cocoa and white port; and succulent Koji cured sirloin accompanied with porcini purée and périgourdine jus. 
 
A meal at the Tippling Club is not complete without tipples. Select from a variety of cocktails, such as Portrait and a Dream (Scotch whisky, lotus seed, soda, honey su pear, ginger); Ciphers and Constellations (dill, Calvados, sudachi, champagne, sherbert) and Nighthawks (guava, salted caramel, tequila, plum, citrus, lactose, soda). The menu is a showcase of strawberry-inspired sweets and savouries, and like most afternoon tea menus, you start with the freshly baked scones—best enjoyed with clotted cream. Craving for more sweets? Dig into the light-as-air strawberry shortcake layered with fresh fruits, as well as the indulgent mascarpone strawberry swiss roll. Balance the sweetness with well-made savouries, one of which is the bite-sized toast topped with strawberry, mozzarella and tomatoes. The set comes with a selection of tea and coffee.
