Be enthralled with dishes such as the buttery A4 Miyazaki Wagyu tartare, accompanied with uni, ikura and caviar; classic Miyazaki Wagyu sukiyaki with fragrant black truffle; and the grilled bluefin tuna collar with shredded kelp.
