Champagne comes from the earth; we should show our respect and gratitude so we will be rewarded with a bountiful harvest. That said, House of Telmont has unveiled its ambitious goals to be fully organic in 2025, and the first portion of the vineyard in its estate has already acquired certification in 2017. Imbibers may have a taste of the rewards, as the maison has launched its new collection in Singapore that were made with deep respect to Mother Nature. These include the crisp and well balanced réserve brut; rich and fruity blanc de blancs; and the berries-forward rosé.

Telmont Champagne is now available on TheTatlerBar.com, as well as in selected restaurants such as Tippling Club (as Champagne cocktails) and Casa by Remy (food and wine pairing menu).

Ideal in refreshing sundowners or delectable night caps.

In celebration of its release, Hendrick’s Gin has teamed up with Smoke & Mirrors to offer the Cocktails & Moonbathing cocktail menu. From now until January 29, 2022, cocktail enthusiasts can enjoy savour exclusive gin-based tipples—the likes of Lunar Pixie concocted with lychee, coconut and orange bitters, and Harvest Moon crafted with lime, grapefruit, egg white and prosecco. In line with the cognac house’s “Be The Standout Swift” global campaign, which celebrates consumers who aren’t afraid to take risks, Martell has launched the Martell Noblige that embodies the same spirit. A Very Superior Old Pale (VSOP) like no other, it features a blend of over 100 eaux-de-vie from the finest terroirs in Cognac. It boasts aromas of pear and prune, exotic hints of vanilla pod and caramelised grape, and woody characters of myrrh, cedar and fine-grained oak. Have a sip and revel in its world of flavours ranging from caramel, molasses, dried fruits and bitter chocolate.

From now until December 31, select bars (such as Nemesis, No Sleep Club, The Secret Mermaid and Capital Kitchen) will be offering unique cocktails starring the Martell Noblige. Also available at selected retailers.
