Loyal patrons of Mendokoro Ramenba and Ramen Yushoken can attest to the brilliance of the Nippon Hasha group, and more specifically, their no-nonsense approach to delicious ramen. With their newest ramen shop Marudori, they explores the world of paitan or chicken-based ramen, a deviation from their two pork-based powerhouses.

“Our paitan has a viscous style reminiscent of our current brands, while applying a more subtle profile, highlighting the goodness of the broth even more,” explains Nippon Hasha CEO Ryan Cruz. Needless to say, you can expect the same unwavering dedication to quality you know and love.

Tatler Tip: like its sister brands, Marudori also has a secret menu item unique to the restaurant.
