What: Treat yourself to a refreshing afternoon tea at The Arca. Revolving around premium Hokkaido Raiden and Shizuoka Crown melons sourced from Japan, the menu features a wide selection of savouries and sweets that makes the most of this beloved fruit, including a pan-seared foie gras grilled melon Mexico bun, chorizo and melon toast, egg tart with melon jam, melon sago and coconut milk pudding, as well as freshly baked scones served with special homemade melon compote.

What: With its five-star hospitality and posh surroundings, tea at Four Seasons Hong Kong is a glorious treat. This summer, the hotel is welcoming guests to enjoy a delicious menu that comes packed with light bites made with seasonal fruits from Japan, including muskmelons from Hokkaido, Kyoho Muscat grapes from Yamanashi and Shine Muscat grapes from Nagano.

Highlights on the menu include savouries such as stracchino cheese, Muscat grape and walnut in tartlet. bamboo charcoal burger with organic blue shrimp and octopus, as well as sweets including melon and matcha tart, melon sphere crèmeux, and yuzu cheesecake with Muscat grape. And of course, there will be freshly baked scones served with homemade berries jam and clotted cream to complete your experience.

What: Odea’s latest collaboration with luxury K-beauty brand, Amorepacific, is an Instagrammer’s dream. From the savouries, including chocolate foie gras toast, and truffle, ham and cheese sandwiches to pastries such as pear compote vanilla cake, and raspberry panna cotta with mango, every item on the three-tiered stand is inspired by the precious camellia flower that powers Amorepacific’s Vintage Single Extract Ampoule. After enjoying your tea, be sure to check out the nearby Camellia Room nearby and take some snaps for the ‘gram against a stunning backdrop of red flowers.

What: Palm Court at The Langham Hong Kong has launched a new menu spotlighting fresh strawberries that will excite even the most discerning strawberry fan. It begins with a hearty selection of savouries including cucumber truffle cheese sandwich, salmon tart and vegetable salad before moving to sweet confections that range from strawberry wine jelly to strawberry tart. Warm scones with rose petal jam and sour cherry jam will be served to round off your meal.

What: Island Shangri-La Hong Kong has launched a new menu that’s filled with refreshing fruit-infused bites to help diners stay cool in the sweltering heat of summer. Expect plenty of delectable savouries including the mini bagel with fig, prosciutto and honey mascarpone; soft taco with roasted chicken and mango salsa; and smoked salmon and cucumber roll. There are also decadent sweets including lemon tea cake, apricot and pistachio roll, and mango sago and pomelo cake.

What: Whether you’re a foodie or beauty enthusiast, you’ll be pleased to hear that Cordis Hong Kong has teamed up with Chloé for a photogenic tea set. Inspired by the brand’s Nomade Eau de Parfum, a lovely floral scent that’s perfect for summer, the menu begins with refreshing savouries to whet the appetite. It includes items such as hand-dived scallop ceviche with ikura and bergamot; truffle and comté cheese croquette; and greens salad with Impossible meat.
