Guests turned out in their boldest looks to celebrate this year's Tatler Most Stylish, with a queue of fans waiting outside, hoping for a glimpse of honourees such as Ryan Choi and Jane Li
Tatler welcomed 150 guests to Dragon-i on September 8 for the 2026 edition of Tatler Most Stylish—now in its seventh year, this was the boldest edition yet. This year’s theme, Rulebreakers, set the tone for a night dedicated to individuals who have never waited for permission to define their own style, or their own success.
Guests arrived dressed to thrill—think glittering trousers, leopard print and statement accessories—while Tatler-branded fans, handed out to help guests beat the September heat, quickly became the evening’s unofficial photo prop.
Ryan Choi, Hong Kong’s fencing world champion turned Canto-pop artist, appears on Tatler’s September cover, and news that h would be attending the event was enough to draw a small crowd of fans to the escalators outside Dragon-i, hoping he’d sign a copy before he walked in.

The evening honoured the eclectic line-up of honourees led by Choi. He was joined by Julius Brian Siswojo of hip-hop group 24Herbs; Caroline Fok, architect and creative director of multidisciplinary design studio The Woo Factor, which she runs with her husband, Caspar Woo; Jane Li, founder of fine jewellery label Aléir; DJ and He.r founder Cocoa Zhou; and Cheryl Leung of fashion label Sau Lee. Honourees Woo, Mark Cho of The Armoury, and Canto-pop star Gigi Yim, unable to attend, were also celebrated in absentia.
Tatler deputy managing director Rachel Choy presented the honourees with gifts, setting the tone for a party that ran well into the night, with food and drink, and irresistible tunes courtesy of DJ Natalie Dunn.
Beyond the honourees, the guest list read like a cross-section of Hong Kong: stylists, models and business owners mingled with a contingent from the city’s sporting world, including professional golfer Tiffany Chan and high jumper Cecilia Yeung. Gilbert Yeung, founder of Dragon-I, was also among those spotted enjoying the evening.
None of it would have been possible without the evening's partners: Dragon-i, for opening its doors as venue partner, and Black Sheep Restaurants, who kept guests fuelled—there is something rather wonderful about a room full of besequinned, animal-printed individuals tucking into slices of New York-style pizza, proving that even Hong Kong’s most sartorially aware will enjoy a good carb when they see one.
As Tatler’s flagship style celebration, Most Stylish exists to recognise those shaping how Hong Kong dresses, thinks and moves—and 2026’s Rulebreakers are set to do exactly that.
