Sartorial renegades: Gigi Yim, Brian Siswojo and Jane Li anchor Tatler Most Stylish 2026

It is a momentum built, in no small part, on Leung’s unswerving confidence in her aesthetic.

“Don’t let other people decide what you wear,” she tells Tatler. “When you feel good in your own style, it shows—and that is what gives you the confidence to look your best.”

Julius Brian Siswojo has never been content with staying in a single lane. Also known as Sir JBS, he is a founding member of hip-hop collective 24Herbs, and the man behind 8Five2, Hong Kong’s first authentic street fashion and skateboard shop, which opened its doors in 1999.

“I realised my own style when I found skateboarding at 14,” he tells Tatler.

That love for street culture has since driven him far beyond music and retail. In 2015, he co-founded Handsome Factory, bringing the traditions of barber culture into a space that is as much about brotherhood as grooming. He channels the same spirit into 24/7talk, the video podcast he co-hosts to platform raw, unfiltered conversations with the local creatives and figures shaping Hong Kong’s cultural scene. And through YouTube food series Let’s Go Eat with Brian, he turns the camera on the hawker stalls and street eats that make up the city’s culinary identity.

The daughter of cinematic royalty, Jane Li is rewriting what it means to inherit a legacy. The Harvard-educated founder of fine jewellery label Aléir draws on personal history in every piece, including early memories of watching her father and martial arts icon Jet Li craft one-of- a-kind adornments for her and her siblings by hand.

But Li’s rule-breaking extends beyond the atelier: unabashed about her lineage, she has become the internet’s favourite window into her father’s world: instead of his legendary on-screen gravitas, fans witness the warm, unscripted family moments that have pulled him back into the spotlight.

At public appearances, she is every bit as considered, due in some part to her style choices: the Sau Lee brocade gown she wore to the 2026 Gold Gala, the Victoria Beckham white gown she chose for The Grand Dîner du Louvre—each a deliberate expression of a woman who knows exactly the image she wants to project.

Canto-pop singer Gigi Yim has been in the limelight since she was just 16. In 2021, she won multiple awards during TVB’s Stars Academy—the broadcaster’s flagship singing reality competition; in the same year, her debut single, Noble Truth, took home a Hong Kong Gold Song Award. Her voice is widely recognised for its emotional depth and technical precision; her look is equally distinctive, built on bold haircuts and futuristic styling that anchor a strong stage presence.

In 2022, her appearances on Infinity and Beyond: Endless Melody, the acclaimed music reality franchise co-produced by TVB and Hunan’s Mango TV, brought her to the attention of a vast mainland audience; by October 2023, she had sold out four nights at Kowloon Bay’s Star Hall.

This year marks a new chapter for Yim. She departed from TVB and signed with Sony Music Greater China through her own independent studio, NQ Studio. Now 21, she is only warming up for even greater things to come.

As an architect and creative director of multidisciplinary studio The Woo Factor, Caroline Fok’s works speak for themselves. Trained at the University of Hong Kong and the Royal College of Art in London, she brings the same precision to getting dressed as she does to a floor plan: nothing wasted, everything considered.

Caspar Woo, director of his family office, matches her energy: low-key, a little rock and roll, with the kind of effortless cool that cannot be taught or bought.

While the pair have distinctly more tattoos than your average Tatler community member, they also have significantly little interest in what anyone thinks about that. That’s part of what makes them so compelling and so hard to pin down.

Caroline is the granddaughter of the late Henry Fok Ying Tung, one of Hong Kong’s most storied tycoons, and Caspar the son of beloved actress and singer May Ng. Between them, they carry enough Hong Kong heritage to fill this issue, but they carry their history lightly—and their own identities loudly.

A former television host, news anchor and media producer, Cocoa Zhou came to DJing during the pandemic—drawing on the classical music training she had had since childhood to build a reputation for sets that move between deep house and elevated techno. She has since performed at the world’s most exclusive nightclubs, including Mykonos’s Moni and London’s Annabel’s, earning collaborations with German record label Keinemusik and the Hong Kong Jockey Club.

In late 2025, she founded He.r, an invitation-only electronic series at Mott 32 in Central, conceived as both a personal manifesto and an answer to a gap she felt acutely as a new mother: a space where sophistication, connection and the dance floor could coexist. Her style reflects the same spirit—the structured suits of her news anchor days have given way to something altogether more relaxed, though her confidence remains unwavering, with a way of making her the centre of any room.

“Being stylish is not about following trends, it’s about creating your own,” she tells Tatler.

Mark Cho has spent his career rooted in considered taste. A teenage fixation with classic tailoring led him in 2010 to co-found gentleman’s outfitter The Armoury—now with stores in Hong Kong and New York—and to acquire British haberdasher Drake’s. His style is one of precision: well-sourced fabrics and deliberate accessories, with a well-cut suit at the centre of it all.

An avid watch collector, pieces from Cho’s personal collection appear regularly at leading auction houses. His collecting ethos is not anchored to any single brand or aesthetic; rather, he is drawn to pieces with unusual movements or compelling provenance.

That same distinctive and discerning eye has shaped his work at The Armoury, where he has curated collaborations with independent watchmakers including H Moser & Cie and Naoya Hida & Co. In November, he took the obvious next step, co-launching his own independent watch brand, Temporal Works.
