Cartier at The Gardens Mall, Kuala Lumpur
Located on the ground floor of The Gardens Mall, Cartier's brand new boutique is the first in Malaysia to feature the maison's latest interior design direction. Nicknamed 'The Lush Garden', the interior is inspired by Malaysia’s rich flora and fauna, with exquisite and gold furnishings accented by nature-inspired decorations.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a whimsical chandelier and a stunning mosaic wall made up of 20,000 pieces of hand-cut elements. Paying tribute to the Parisian house's exquisite aesthetics and artisanal skills, it depicts the maison's emblematic panthers surrounded by magnificent tropical foliage. This showpiece is complemented by a number of gorgeous backdrops including the hibiscus flower (Malaysia's national flower) adornment in the bridal area. Even the pillars feature a local motif—they were carved to evoke the textured trunks of palm trees.

Bonia at Suria KLCC
Bonia's new flagship store at Suria KLCC could rival the interiors of a museum or art gallery. The new store was designed by London-based interior architect Oskar Kohnen, who fashioned the 2,211 sq ft space to have the look and feel of a playground as opposed to a showroom in an effort to change how shoppers experience and interact with the products.
Fun fact: Crafted in collaboration with local artisans, Bonia's mint green abstract staircase is a main feature, said to signify the homegrown brand's ascent from humble beginnings to international acclaim.
