Gentle Monster continues its streak of fashion-forward collaborations in 2023, this time tapping on Maison Margiela for a limited-edition eyewear collection. At the heart of the collection are unisex, headband-inspired sunglasses designed Margiela creative director John Galliano. Each pair is marked by the Antwerp fashion label’s signatures, such as the four white stitches, or the MM logo. The sunglasses are lightweight, crafted from acetate, and come in an array of colours and styles, from black to bright yellow to classy tortoiseshell. To top off the collaboration, Gentle Monster is also offering the shades in a quilted cushion eyewear case that mirror Maison Margiela’s Glam Slam bag. The collection is now available at the Gentle Monster boutique in Marina Bay Sands (#B2-103), where you can collect a special pillow gift with your purchase.

Rimowa has tapped onto London streetwear label Palace as its latest collaborator, and the two brands have created the hottest suitcase of 2023. That is, the Rimowa x Palace Original Cabin Desert suitcase, which is a work of art in itself with an airbrushed graphic of a dystopian desert printed on Rimowa’s iconic grooved aluminium ridges. If you’re not one for travel, the collaboration also includes a skateboard deck made of Canadian maple wood sourced using Rimowa’s regrowth programme. You can also take home a limited-edition sticker set. The whole collection will be available from February 10 in Rimowa stores around the world, as well as rimowa.com.

Connected by their emphasis on craftsmanship, Loewe and Hayao Miyazaki’s Studio Ghibli have enjoyed a multi-year collaboration that merged the worlds of animation and fashion. Now, the two have launched their final collection together, this time dedicated to a Ghibli cult classic: Howl’s Moving Castle. The film’s beloved characters—including Sophie, Howl, Calcifer, and even the castle itself—now star on Loewe’s bestselling bags (including the new Luna bag), knits, ready-to-wear, shoes, and small leather accessories. The pieces are embellished with feathers, jewels, and crystals that bring the film’s details to life, while techniques like embroidery and leather marquetry recreate the characters of Howl’s Moving Castle in vivid colour. The collaboration also features a limited-edition candle that’s cleverly adorned with a graphic of Calcifer. The collection is now available in Singapore at the Casa Loewe store in Ion Orchard, and online at loewe.com.

Longchamp’s surprise collaboration with Fatboy is fun and practical in equal measure. The two brands are launching the Glamping O, an inflatable chair that will come in handy pretty much anywhere you travel to this year—buzzy music festivals, far-flung beaches, your holiday home, you name it. Crafted from recycled polyester, the chair is light and durable, but its main appeal lies in its vibrant hues: orange, acid green and candy pink, all matching with this season’s Le Pliage bag designs. Snag your own Glamping O when it launches on February 7 at Longchamp stores and on longchamp.com.

Versace Greca Goddess mini bag

Tatler Asia

Versace’s Greca Goddess mini bag brilliantly toes the line between opulence and simplicity. Its rectangular shape is classic and practical, but that Greca motif chain in gold metal stands out like a piece of jewellery when worn. Now, that chain is nicely complemented by a new hue for Resort 2023: lilac. The bag is perfect for showing off at your next brunch date or party alike.

Swarovski x Dover Street Market Paris Weinsanto bag

Tatler Asia

Swarovski has teamed up with Dover Street Market Paris’s brand development division, a creative hub and incubator of young fashion talents. The collaboration puts the emerging French fashion designer Victor Weinsanto in the spotlight, introducing a blinged-out version of Weinsanto’s signature diamond bag, which was recently seen on actress Ashley Park on Emily in Paris. The bag makes a joyful statement with its bright yellow hue, its unique shape, and of course, all those Swarovski crystals.
