The Tatler Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow are the trailblazers and changemakers making a significant positive impact in Asia and beyond. These are the 2025 honourees who made the cut
After a rigorous nomination, vetting and selection process that spanned seven months, the Tatler Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow 2025 have been unveiled. The annual recognition highlights Asia’s most promising leaders, who are not only influencing their industries but also actively creating a positive impact.
This year marks a significant milestone for Tatler Gen.T: the 10th edition of the flagship list. Launched across nine Asian territories, the 2025 list sees the debut of Vietnam and Indonesia’s return after a year’s hiatus.

The 2025 cohort represents a diverse cross-section of Asian entrepreneurship. Notable honourees include associate professor Benjamin Tee, a science and tech innovator tackling fertility health globally; Byron Pei, a fintech entrepreneur providing digital lending solutions to cross-border e-commerce merchants; and Pat Boonnitipat, the director and co-writer of the Oscar-shortlisted film How To Make Millions Before Grandma Dies.
The list also features sustainability pioneers, creative innovators and social entrepreneurs who are addressing critical global challenges through scalable business solutions.
We’ve crunched the numbers and here are some interesting statistics about the demographic profile of this year’s leaders: averaging 34 years of age, they have collectively raised US$3 billion in venture capital funding.

Their presence reflects the broader trend of AI adoption across industries, with Asian markets emerging as key centres for innovation, deployment and ethical discussions.
With the help of a panel of industry heavyweights whom we call the Tribe, the selection process for the Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow evaluates multiple factors: the level of innovation in each nominee’s work, their direct positive impact, and the scale, depth and sustainability of that impact.
