With an average age of 34 and a collective US$3 billion in funding, this year’s Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow represent the bold and dynamic leaders driving change across Asia

Each year, the Tatler Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow shines a spotlight on the young innovators driving change across Asia. From Jack Zhang and Lucy Liu of Airwallex, who recently closed a US$300 million fundraising round, to Rachel Lim of Love, Bonito, who has redefined the fashion retail landscape for women in Asia, our honourees are redefining what it means to be a leader in the 21st century.

As we celebrate the 10th Gen.T list, the 2025 edition showcases an exceptional group of entrepreneurs and changemakers whose impact is felt across diverse sectors, including fintech, healthcare, sustainability and beyond. Launching this July, we offer a closer look at the numbers that define this year’s list and the rigorous process behind selecting Asia’s future trailblazers.
