The tenth edition of Tatler Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow celebrates a new cohort of bold trailblazers from across Asia, including 25 changemakers from the Philippines. Here’s who they are

The Tatler Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow 2025 is officially out.

Now in its tenth edition, this year’s list celebrates over 200 inspiring individuals from across Asia who are redefining what leadership looks like in their industries, communities and territories. Spanning 20 industry categories, from the arts and healthcare to public service, the annual list recognises individuals who show exceptional promise, purpose and progress.

The Gen.T community hails from nine markets, including the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, mainland China, TaiwanThailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. Indonesia returns after a year’s hiatus, while Vietnam makes its debut this year.

This year, 25 individuals from the Philippines have been recognised as Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow. They include athletes and actors, entrepreneurs and innovators, environmentalists and digital trailblazers, each united by a bold vision for the future and a commitment to making a difference.

This refined lens allowed the Gen.T editorial team, in consultation with our expert judging panel known as the Tribe, to spotlight individuals not simply for their success, but for how they uplift others along the way.
