Cover The Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow 2025 was officially introduced on July 4, and among them are 25 honourees from the Philippines who made the final cut for making a difference.

Kicking off the celebrations around the region, we hosted this year’s 25 Philippine honourees at an exclusive cocktail party at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila

The Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow 2025 list was officially unveiled in July, spotlighting the next generation of changemakers across Asia. In Manila, we marked the occasion with an intimate celebration for this year’s 25 Philippine honourees at Shangri-La The Fort.

More than 150 guests attended the cocktail affair, including 2025 honourees such as Amanda Cua, Niana Guerrero and Arshie Larga, as well as past Gen.T luminaries like Louise Mabulo, Claire Ongcangco and Jam Melchor. Also present were members of the Gen.T Tribe—the mentors and industry leaders who worked closely with our editorial team to shape this year’s list—including Franco Varona and Ann Dumaliang.

The evening opened with host Aziza Mondonedo setting the stage with an overview of what Gen.T represents: spotlighting the most promising leaders of tomorrow and building a cross-industry community of impact.

Tatler Philippines’ managing director Irene Martel Francisco delivered a message on how Gen.T has evolved over the past decade: “It’s been extremely gratifying to watch the varied yet exciting journeys of our Gen.T honourees through the years,” she says. “They have all progressed remarkably well, and their positive contributions are strongly felt in their areas of influence.”

She was followed by Gen.T & lists editor Syrah Vivien Inocencio, who gave guests a behind-the-scenes look into this year’s selection process—from months of research and rigorous editorial discussions to close collaboration with Tribe members across industries. “As we continue to build the Gen.T community for 2025 and beyond, our hope is that this platform becomes a springboard for collaboration, for mentorship, for giving back.”

Afterwards, founder and CEO of Kumu Roland Ros, a Gen.T honouree from 2020, delivered a powerful message highlighting the power of clarity over noise in making an impact. “You don’t need to be louder than everyone else, you just have to be clear,” he says.

The highlight of the evening was the formal introduction of the 2025 honourees. Each one was called to the stage for a commemorative group photo and received a special gift: a personalised Gen.T magazine with their portrait on the cover.
