The DNA of the Botanica+Co brand is rooted in drawing inspiration from natural botanicals—from the whole foods served, cooked using natural methods over an open fire oven and charcoal grill, to the greenhouse-themed interior that evokes the feeling of dining outdoors amidst lush greenery.

Designed by Supereka Design Studio, the Bamboo Hills outlet greets patrons emerging from the secluded staircase with a refreshing verdant surrounding, leading into the 13,000-sq ft space designed to replicate a conservatory.

Amidst the abundant greenery, the amber-toned marble cashier counter exudes warmth, while amber copper sets the framework for the open kitchen, softened by wooden ceiling beams.

In the main dining hall, wooden tables and chairs allow patrons to enjoy Botanica+Co’s horticultural dishes; while the private dining room recalls the serene ambiance of a traditional conservatory, bathed in natural light under the glass ceiling.

Bar Botanica features a marble countertop that seamlessly blends with the rich, earthy decor tones, where expertly crafted cocktails, fine wines, and a curated selection of spirits await.

The contemporary modern Australian restaurant with Indian flavours in Bamboo Hills exudes an ambience that embraces the duality of its Malaysian-Australian identity through the judicious use of materials and colours.

With a design concept envisioned by Plus One Design (POD), the entrance welcomes guests through a large cantilevered glass door, offering glimpses of nature’s presence throughout the interior space, where the chic tropical aesthetic is encapsulated by the use of muted, natural tones and the incorporation of lush botanicals.

Intricately patterned timber chandeliers, inspired by flowering branches, hang from the high wood-beamed ceiling, casting a soft glow upon the polished flooring and marble-topped tables paired with chairs in uplifting tones of orange and grey.

The duality in design extends from the minimalist-meets-tropical theme of the chic dining room to the entrance courtyard, where the textured backdrop of stone and timber complements the verdant landscaping surrounding the establishment.

Welcoming patrons at the maître d’ lobby is Zahuohang’s hanging forest poem–an elegant dried wall sculpture of fern and eucalyptus. Whereas, near the beverage station counter, a centrepiece arrangement by the same artist embellishes the space.

In the intimate main dining lounge, warm ambient light illuminates light timber notes and louvred panels, gravitating towards the show kitchen’s marble counters at the heart of the space.
