Tucked away right by Rockwell Makati, you will find a sophisticated dining and shopping haven–hear what co-founder Pam Lopez has to say
One roof, three brands. Welcome to 1120 House: an address in the metro that has been meticulously designed to give you that much-needed dosage of self-love by welcoming you into an aesthetically calming, soothing expanse, that just so happens to be filled with tasty eats too.
Under the watchful eyes of sisters-in-law Pam Lopez and Maricar Lopez Tiangco, 1120 House was made to provide guests with a total sensorial experience, one where they can indulge not only in food but in retail therapy as well.
In fact, their mindset in developing 1120 House is all about the promotion of slow living in today’s fast-paced life. “We wanted to provide people with respite from the chaos of life. We wanted the name of the concept to sound like a home address,” co-founder Pam Lopez explains. With a nod to home and rest, 1120 House hopes to remind its patrons to slow down, be more mindful, and enjoy the moment.

Interestingly, the name was created in homage to Lopez’ mother-in-law Menchu Lopez. “She is not only my mentor and boss, but my mother-in-law and my friend. The relationship we have is great. When we were thinking about what to name the brand, I thought, why not her birthday,” explains Lopez.
She and Tiangco opened home-store Lady Scott Jones around six years ago as a passion project while they still mainly focused on their core business, Omnivores Manila, which handles Benny’s Place, Gourmet Garage, and Pink Berry.
