There is always something new to try in Singapore, especially when chefs are constantly updating their menus to feature new and innovative creations. So, this week, why not head out and try some of their latest creations?

Start at Amò for its latest four-hands dinner experience featuring Michelin-starred Milan chef, Felix Lo Basso. Then, visit Osteria Mozza for its Umbrian-inspired black truffle tasting menu inspired by flavours of Italy. If you’re looking for flavours closer to home, The Dragon Chamber has added a range of new dishes to its menu while Restaurant Chedi’s menu offers familiar Thai classics.

Chef-owner K-Jin Lim and head chef Miller Mai have curated a lavish eight-course tasting menu that puts the spotlight on familiar Thai classics. The meal begins with tom kha gai, featuring tender chicken wingette tunnel-boned and stuffed with chicken, mushroom glutinous rice and foie gras. It’s baked until golden brown and served with a fragrant cold espuma. Once your palate is piqued, dig into mains like gaeng som fak thong, a fiery orange Thai curry thickened with the addition of Japanese pumpkin puree. The rich curry is accompanied by a moist Chilean sea bass and tilapia fish floss.

2. Osteria Mozza

Head down to this Italian restaurant on February 23 for an exclusive Umbrian-inspired black truffle tasting menu, inspired by chef-owner Nancy Silverton’s deep love for the region Italian region. A plethora of dishes await, among which are the pappardelle ragu with succulent braised lamb and black truffle; juicy suckling pig porchetta; and pan-seared sea trout on a bed of Umbrian lentils. Make the meal a more lavish affair and opt for the wine pairing, available at an additional cost. Imbibe on vinos like the fruity Nino Franco Grave Di Stecca; and the refreshing Bastianich Vespa Bianco Friuli-Venezia Giulia.

Level33 is paying tribute to the iconic band, the Beatles, with a five-course menu inspired by the band members’ favourite dishes. Exclusively available on February 24, you can look forward to dishes like the Sergeant Peppers, a vegetarian dish named after the band’s iconic album, Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. The mouth-watering dish sees juicy palermo peppers roasted and stuffed with a Native American-style succotash (medley of corn, lima beans and other shell beans). It’s finished with a nutty macadamia romesco sauce. Pair these dishes with exclusive cocktails, like the Lennon’s Brandy Alexander, a brandy-based concoction inspired by Lennon’s favourite milkshakes and features creme de cacao liqueur, milk and cream.

This Chinese restaurant has introduced a new menu inspired by the rabbit zodiac. Delight in dishes like the crispy fried shrimp drizzled in a spicy White Rabbit candy cream sauce. The roasted kou shui egg has also been permanently added to menu, featuring luscious plant-based tamago topped with dark vinegar, chilli oil and fiery Szechuan sauce. Classics are available too, including the wok fried beef hor fun dotted with US Wagyu short rib, poached egg and deep fried hor fun strips. It’s finished with a velvety smooth truffle gravy.

Amò’s head chef, Gavin Gan is collaborating with Michelin-starred chef Felix Lo Basso, of Felix Lo Basso Home & Restaurant, in Milan, for an exclusive four-hands experience. Exclusively available from now until February 24, look forward to a four-course lunch and five-course dinner menu that puts the spotlight on traditional Italian fare.

Visit during dinner and dig into tantalising dishes like the tortelli stuffed with smoked eggplant; and gorgeously grilled fullblood aged Wagyu accompanied by savoy cabbage. Pair these dishes with a glass of wine, or two, available when you top up.
