Begin the meal with a hearty bowl of creamy truffle mushroom soup, topped with house-made her croutons and crème fraiche. Then, choose from a tantalising array of mains, including grilled scallops with saffron risotto, a rich and creamy dish flavoured with lobster stock and topped with tender Japanese scallops; and succulent spice-marinated lamb filled within a pocket of fluffy pita bread.
