This year’s series features seven talented chefs from around the world
If you’re planning to kick the year off with an exciting dining experience, The Datai Langkawi has just announced The Chef Series 2023. Featuring a stellar line-up of chefs, diners can expect specially curated menus featuring produce from The Datai Langkawi’s very own permaculture garden.
From contemporary Indian and modern British to classic French cuisine, each chef brings his unique style and flair to the resort. The seven chefs who will call the luxury retreat home over the course of the year are as follows.

February 2023: Arnaud Faye, La Chèvre d’Or, Èze, France
