The festival has been reimagined with multi-genre immersive events

This time, the festival sees a slew of interactive, immersive, and performance-driven events at iconic locations such as CHIJMES Hall and Marina Bay Sands, as well as across celebrated local restaurants, featuring some of the country's most renowned chefs. Here’s what you can expect from the month-long affair.

Future Food at Marquee Singapore at Marina Bay Sands allows guests to consider what food could look like centuries later, featuring nine small bites created by chefs from Paul Longworth to Ryan Nile Choo.

The Long Table at the historic Chijmes Hall showcases a curated menu courtesy of Damian D’Silva, Marvas Ng, and Cheryl Koh, served while ballet dancers perform around guests.

Food is Art, held in Digital Light Canvas by teamLab, showcases how art and culinary techniques meet through a gallery-style exhibition, with the supporting menu curated by Janice Wong.

Throughout the period, restaurants and bars will also be serving specially curated menus. For instance, at Jiak Kim House, a four-course menu inspired by Teochew, Hakka, Hokkien, Hainanese, and Cantonese cuisine is served alongside a Chinese opera performance.

At 1-Flowerhill, a masquerade ball will be held within the candlelit floral garden, where diners are encouraged to dress up as a four-course menu is served that celebrates local produce. Live opera performances by masked performers will keep guests entertained through the night.

Other events include a Halloween celebration at Atlas, featuring crafted cocktails courtesy of beverage director Yana Keller and Kuala Lumpur’s Penrose.
