Aiii Dining is an exciting new addition to District 1, where chef Alain Pham conjures childhood memories through the imaginative menu Alain Climbs the Electric Pole. Diners can expect surprising creations such as Mut Mut—a playful fusion of mango salad and raw shrimp tart—or Bau Cua, an enticingly spiced crab dish with gourd roe sauce. Long Dao presents a unique take on pho, while Ri-xoi-to offers a Vietnamese-inspired risotto experience. Exquisite desserts, including Banh Flan and Vuon Nha Aiii, promise to satisfy even the most discerning palates, complemented by an equally distinctive drinks menu featuring melon kombucha and perilla juice.
The restaurant’s interiors, envisioned by architect Tran Quoc Binh, feature contributions from visual artist Cao Hoang Long alongside artworks by Vu Binh Minh and Pham Thanh Toan. The result is a space that is both inspiring and imbued with a sense of nostalgia and warmth, transporting diners back to cherished childhood memories.
