Exclusive Mother’s Day menus will be available at both Lai Po Heen and Mandarin Grill on May 12. Lunch and dinner at Lai Po Heen will comprise the restaurant’s signatures, from stir-fried Australian baby lobster and braised South African abalone to an assortment of dim sum. Mandarin Grill’s four-course menu will feature a selection of dishes designed for familial festivities. 

Paying tribute to all mothers, Aliyaa has put together a Mother’s Day feast that is informed by Sri Lankan cuisine. Running from May 9 to 13, the acclaimed Bukit Damansara restaurant will house soulful plates curated for family dining. Expect meals to begin with fish cutlets and vegetarian odiyal kool soup before being served an expansive selection of mains. Inspired by the attention to detail mums mothers pay to their cooking, Nobu’s menu will house chu toro doused in a nutty black sesame dressing with jalapeño jelly, steamed Chilean sea bass paired with moromi miso and fresh yuba, chargrilled A5 wagyu marinated in karashi.
