From the flavours of Latin America to the freshness of Japanese produce, there’s something for everyone in this month’s range of four-hands dining experiences
The local dining scene is heating up this month in the lead up to the Asia’s 50 Best Awards ceremony on March 28. For the first time, the 50 Best Signature Series is coming to these shores with a range of collaboration dinners. You will see top restaurants such as La Cime (No. 6 on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2022), and Florilège (No.3 on last year’s list) collaborate with the Singapore’s own award-winning restaurants such as Labyrinth (No. 40 last year) and Lolla (No. 75 on the Asia’s 50 best extended list).
Besides Asia’s 50 Best Awards’ four-hands dinners, we also have celebrated chefs like Kirk Westaway and Malcolm Lee inviting their chef friends to cook up a storm this month. Here are some of the exciting meals you just can’t miss.

Candlenut x Audra Morrice
Date: March 10, dinner
Candlenut chef-owner Malcolm Lee and MasterChef Singapore judge Audra Morrice will come together to put the spotlight on Singapore’s heritage cuisine in an exclusive one-night collaboration dinner. Look forward to Morrice’s mouth-watering creations, laced with Chinese-Indian influences, as well as Lee’s reinterpretation of Peranakan and Contemporary Straits fare. No doubt, the dinner will be a gastronomic exploration of Singapore, India and beyond.

Jaan by Kirk Westaway x Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal

Lolla x La Cime

La Cime chef-owner Yusuke Takada’s blend of Japanese produce with French techniques earned him the No. 6 spot in the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2022. This March, see him collaborate with Asia’s Best Female Chef 2023 Johanne Siy of Lolla, who will match his eclectic style with her own brand of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.

Claudine x Mono
