This Mid-Autumn Festival, Raffles Sentosa Singapore debuts its inaugural mooncake collection. At the heart of this exclusive selection is the limited-edition Raffles Sentosa Sling Snow Skin Mooncake. Each box includes two mooncakes and a bottle of the signature Raffles Sentosa Sling cocktail, making it a unique and thoughtful seasonal offering.

The collection also features a selection of traditional baked mooncakes. Highlights include the long jing tea with lemon peel, which blends mellow green tea with zesty lemon from the resort’s own gardens, and the rich black sesame with melon seed. For a more balanced indulgence, the classic White Lotus Seed Paste is available in a reduced-sugar recipe. The full baked collection is presented in the exquisite Royal China signature collection gift box.

The award-winning Cantonese restaurant marks the Mid-Autumn Festival with a collection that balances tradition and whimsy. Four baked classics anchor the line-up, among them the rich double yolk white lotus paste and the ever-popular single yolk lychee lotus paste. In contrast, the snowskin mooncakes take a more playful turn with eight inventive flavours.

Coffee finds unexpected harmony with caramelised banana and Biscoff in a Nanyang-inspired creation, while black sesame and pistachio are given a dessert-like flourish in delicate kunafa. Fruit-forward notes shine in the mulberry muscat sencha, where juicy berries and grapes yield to the refined clarity of green tea. And for those who seek unapologetic indulgence, the Mao Shan Wang mini remains the undisputed star—an icon that continues to reign supreme.

Available from August 1 to October 6.

This time, Grolet delves into traditional baked mooncakes with not-so-traditional fillings, combining silky lotus paste with French nougatine. The four distinctive flavours include toasted pecan and vanilla, a nod to Grolet’s iconic Vanilla Flower; pumpkin seed, to symbolise prosperity and abundance; peanut, a mix of savoury, earthy, and gentle sweetness with a satisfying crunch; and Grolet’s favourite flavour pairing, a twist of cocoa and candied orange, accompanied by azuki paste and bittersweet Grué de Cacao nougatine. For Fans of Grolet’s trompe l’œil artistry, last year’s creations—coconut, pistachio, peanut and banana, raspberry, and pecan and vanilla—now return as signatures.

Drawing inspiration from Singapore’s rich Peranakan culture, Tunglok’s treasure box - SG60 Heritage Edition box blends traditional elegance with modern function. It features delicate jade hues and embroidered floral designs reminiscent of a Nyonya kebaya, a traditional Peranakan dress. The box is finished with gold zippers and a convenient top handle, and its intricate motifs make it perfect for upcycling into a stylish vanity box for jewelry, treasured keepsakes, or festive items.
