Sunway Resort Hotel is set to celebrate Christmas with a throwback to the 1920s. Paying homage to the decadence of the era, you can expect festive feasts from November 15 to December 30 at Sunset Terrace. Taking the form of lunch on weekdays, brunch on weekends, and dinner throughout the holiday season, you’ll find Christmas classics here from rolled turkey breast with chestnut and cranberry stuffing to roast prime rib and sweets like panettone and mince pies.

Hilton Kuala Lumpur is ushering in the holiday season with festive feasts and menus available throughout the hotel from now until January 1. At Vasco’s guests can expect a lavish buffet spread of Christmas classics, Asian-inspired roasts, fresh seafood, and live cooking stations. On Christmas Eve and Day, the restaurant will also house slow-roasted Australian Wagyu beef leg carved on the spot for diners, baked slipper lobster, a teppanyaki station, truffle egg custard with foie gras, and more.
For those looking to stray from holiday tradition, Iketeru is the place to go, complete with festive bento sets including king prawns and oyster gratin. Chynna will also offer a seasonal five-course menu of sliced crispy London duck, braised abalone cubes in golden chicken sauce, and cheesy turkey roulade while Chambers Grill will offer festive flame-grilled fare.
Nobu Kuala Lumpur

Available from December 20 to 30, Nobu Kuala Lumpur is celebrating the holidays with its festive omakase menu. Guests can expect seven courses curated by executive chef Phillip Leong and the restaurant’s team that each capture the essence of the celebratory season. To start, Japanese oysters dressed with jalapeño dressing and maui salsa will grace dining tables before a dish kinmedai (golden eye snapper) paired with yuzu gel and dry miso and a platter of Nobu-style sushi.
Hot dishes include langoustine sobagaki, a buttery Wagyu beef teriyaki accompanied by burnt cauliflower puree and figs, and a comforting soy milk ozoki with savoury mochi and daikon, with the meal coming to close with a sweet course of cherry compote encased in white chocolate mousse.

This December, Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara is infusing its Christmas celebrations with a touch of French elegance. Nizza will play host to a festive menu that showcases the flavours of the South of France while Le Bar & Cocktail Stories is set to offer an afternoon tea experience equipped with yuletide treats. Multiple course menus will be available at EQ Kuala Lumpur’s Sabayon this festive season. Expect festive lunches and dinners throughout the month of December featuring Angus beef tartare, goose liver with caramelised apple, smoked salmon loin, crepes suzette, and more.
Guests can also celebrate Christmas on December 24 or 25 with a lavish six course dinner complete with French oysters, roast turkey paired with foie gras, slow cooked lamb saddle, and other dishes while on Christmas Day, diners can expect a festive buffet with Norwegian salmon smoked in house, lobster bisque, steak tartare, a carver station with roast goose, honey glazed turkey, salmon wellington, and more.

Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown has transformed into an epicentre of holiday cheer, offering a myriad of festive dining experiences this season. Quan’s Kitchen is set to host its Christmas lunch buffet on December 21 and 24 and its dinner buffet on December 22 and 25, equipped with assam pedas oxtail and a croffle station for lunch and five spice salt-baked whole salmon, roasted char siew prime rib, a live BBQ station with fresh seafood, and more for dinner. For festive tipples, look no further than the renowned hotel bar Jann.
Putting its own spin on holiday libations, you’ll find the Tropical Christmas Twist crafted with pineapple juice and vanilla syrup, the Snow Martini featuring whisky and Creme de Cacao White, the Cinnamon Mango Frost with homemade spiced syrup, lemon juice, palm sugar, and mango puree, and the Winter Nitro Brew spiked with whisky and topped with jasmine cream. The hotel will also be offering festive afternoon tea at Lady Yi’s Teahouse with signature, locally inspired treats infused with kedondong, coconut, and a festive chocolate Yule log.

Aliyaa will be keeping true to its Sri Lankan roots this Christmas, offering diners a chance to experience the region’s rich culinary heritage with a vibrant celebratory menu. Available from December 13 to January 5, expect prawn and scallop salad, curry leaf rice, goat meat curry, brinjal moju, cashew nut paal cutlet, and its signature sweet appam.

Expect light bites like mushroom parfait with bread, substantial plates of seared duck leg with white bean leek stew or beef cheek bourguignon with charred kai lan, and desserts including eggnog bread pudding and lemon raspberry pecan pound cake.

OpenHouse is turning into a tropical festive wonderland from now until January 5 to celebrate the holidays. Here, you’ll find an exclusive festive menu that borrows inspirations from Malaysia’s British colonial past complete with inclusions of local flavours and ingredients. Expect roast beef paired with bambangan black pepper sauce, shepherd’s pie topped with sweet potato mash, alcohol-free fruit cake, and more.
Keeping true to the season of giving, the restaurant will be giving some of the proceeds made from these menu items to The Lost Food Project, a sustainability-focused food rescue organisation that provides meals to those in need.
Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill

Best known for its homely steakhouse fare, the restaurant will offer six different takeaway set menus from November 25 to January 1. For main courses, choose from Wagyu or Black Angus tomahawks, Angus beef wellington, roast lamb, or roast turkey and expect your meal to be fortified by Caesar salad, chicken bolognese, roast potatoes, creamed spinach, and lemon loaf. If you prefer customising your meal, order from its a la carte delivery menu.
For those who’d rather dine out, the restaurant will also offer festive dine-in menus on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day showcasing French duck breast with orange sauce, fresh tomato and pumpkin soup, a variety of steak, New Zealand lamb cutlets, cranberry prune pudding, and more.
