True to its nomenclature, the grill caters to carnivorous cravings while also taking tipplers into consideration
Sophisticated in an understated way, Chamber’s Grill is romantic with warm lighting and well-placed mirrors that make the restaurant’s wooden interior look larger than it is. True to its nomenclature, the grill caters to carnivorous cravings while also taking tipplers into consideration. The menu even suggests food and alcohol pairings, from the 18-Year-Old expression of Glenlivet Whisky with the lamb cutlet to The Manager’s Dram Whisky with the salmon fillet. Do not expect any ground-breaking creations from the kitchen, as most everything, from the pan-fried foie gras with caramelised apple chutney to the steak sides, are an ode to the classics—all except for the Exotic Brownie with unexpected layers of banana. On the service front, the staff exudes professionalism and warmth, but might want to get more familiarised with the menu.
