Here, you can indulge in braised abalone mushrooms with dried oyster and broccoli, golden pumpkin seafood broth, fried rice with preserved meat and asparagus, and a dessert of warm taro cream with glutinous rice balls.

While there be sure to try their other Chinese New Year auspicious specialities like Buddha Jumps Over the Wall in rich golden broth, the poached yellow skin chicken with Chinese spices and Szechuan pepper oil, or their steamed live sea grouper in homemade spicy choi hiong sauce. Crystal Dragon’s live green lobster in two flavours (golden garlic or crispy salted egg) is another must-try item. Their braised eight treasure lo han vegetable in a golden nest, and wok-fried yam rice with braised pork trotter, or roasted duck and crispy pork are dishes that will surely put a smile on all your guests' faces. For something sweet, order their deep-fried three-layer salted egg yolk nian gao, or chilled peach jelly. 

Red Ginger’s special Chinese New Year menus will be available daily until January 31. The unique à la carte menu includes a prosperity salmon curry puff, salmon and vegetable curry, and a hard-boiled egg enclosed in a homemade puff pastry to name a few. Their longevity crispy noodles with seafood and gravy or wealthy braised pork belly creation filled with with Asian spices, with bok choy, quail eggs, and braised tofu are other must-try items. Take a bite out of their lucky golden crispy chicken that comes with sweet chilli sauce and chips, and lastly, treat yourself to some fortune nian gao served with vanilla ice cream and a fortune cookie.

Set A starts you off with half of a crispy roasted suckling pig, steamed Boston lobster, Japanese mushroom with Australian abalone, steamed live grouper, half roast goose, deep-fried scallop taro puff and steamed crabs with garlic, plus more. 

Set B is for those looking for something more opulent.
