From rooftop sangrias to izakaya feasts and a proper lie-in, Pullman Singapore Hill Street has wrapped the entire Christmas season into one very tempting package

Christmas has never really been about the presents or the baubles—it’s about the people. The long lunches with the family that somehow slip into evening, the cocktails that sparkle a little brighter in the company of good friends, and the rare luxury of switching off entirely with your partner. This year, Pullman Singapore Hill Street is giving you every excuse to do just that, as it has transformed the hotel into a festive playground where you can eat, drink and unwind without ever stepping outside.

The property’s trio of dining spots—American diner Madison’s, Mexican rooftop bar El Chido, and Japanese-inspired izakaya Mōga—have each unveiled their own seasonal highlights, while the hotel has curated staycation packages that suit the occasion. Here’s what deserves a place on your festive to-do list.

Madison’s

There’s no denying that Christmas Day is the highlight of the season—which is why Madison’s is going all out for its signature Christmas Mega Brunch. Created in collaboration with Japanese izakaya Mōga, the two restaurants bring together a generous spread of East-meets-West favourites: think salmon, tuna and hamachi rolls from the sashimi and maki stations, alongside crowd-pleasers like potato salad, chicken karaage and prawn tempura. You better book your seats though, as only the first 50 brunch guests will receive an exclusive Kiehl’s skincare gift set.

But there’s no need to wait until 25 December to start celebrating. Madison’s festive set menus run all month for both lunch and dinner, beginning with a welcome glass of prosecco. Starters include roasted cauliflower soup or a Christmas salad, followed by your choice of pan-seared barramundi or a pulled-turkey burger. Dessert is a classic baba au rhum—rich, boozy and finished with vanilla cream and cinnamon crumble.

Consider too The Glow Before Christmas Afternoon Tea, a limited collaboration with Kiehl’s available through December 31. Guests can expect a charming line-up of sweets and savouries infused with ingredients like calendula petal, lavender tea, turmeric and avocado, inspired by the brand’s cult skincare range. Pair it with a cocktail or mocktail—the Crimson Comfort, with cranberry, cinnamon and honey, is a standout—and take home a Kiehl’s skincare set complete with cleanser, toner and a facial voucher.

How does this izakaya celebrate the festive season? It begins with Kiyoko’s Xmas Treats on Christmas Eve—priced at $38 per person and available from 6pm to 10pm.These golden hours promise an unlimited spread of izakaya favourites—think salmon and tuna sashimi, chicken karaage, vegetable tempura and steaming miso soup—all paired perfectly with $10 highball cocktails.

The celebrations continue with Kiyoko’s NYE Feast, an all-you-can-eat affair from 6pm to 11pm. Expect crowd-pleasers like California rolls, egg mayo minari, gyoza and chicken sliders. And because it is an izakaya, refreshing highballs are naturally part of the experience.

Prefer to go light? Opt for the NYE à la carte bar menu, where hearty mains take centre stage. The chicken schnitzel gets a lift from yuzu mayo, pecorino and mizuna, while the ever-popular Angus ribeye arrives with charred broccolini, garlic chips and yakiniku sauce.

Drop by anytime this month to sip on festive cocktails. The mulled wine is a perennial favourite, blending Hennessy VSOP, red wine, warm spices and orange. For something more classic, the Maple Old Fashioned delivers a satisfying hit with Michter’s Bourbon, cinnamon and Okinawan brown

Last but not least, rooftop bar El Chido is ringing in 2026 with an epic NYE countdown party in collaboration with Ciel Social. Expect an unforgettable night of high-energy celebration, fuelled by a dynamic DJ lineup that will keep the beats going till midnight and beyond. Even better, you’ll have front-row views of Singapore’s fireworks as they ignite the Marina Bay skyline.

The Staycation Packages

For those wanting to make a proper escape in December, two staycation packages are on offer. The Festive Gastronomy Escape includes breakfast, a two-course festive lunch or dinner, and a welcome drink. The more party-inclined should opt for the Spirit Package, which includes a bottle of your choice—Fords Gin, Belvedere Vodka, Diplomatico Rum or 1800 Tequila—plus six mixers.

Sometimes the best Christmas present is the luxury of doing absolutely nothing—and Pullman makes a compelling case for it.
