Pullman Singapore Hill Street’s Japanese izakaya bar, Mogā, launches storybook-inspired drinks menu featuring international flavours from Mexico to Singapore, with exclusive 1-for-1 promotion through November

Mogā, the Japanese izakaya-inspired cocktail bar at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, has unveiled a whimsical storybook menu that takes guests on a spirited journey around the world. Led by Kiyoko, a fictional modan gaauru (modern girl), the collection of 12 cocktails captures the flavours, traditions and ingredients of the countries she visits, inviting imbibers to travel from east to west with every sip.

Her adventure begins in Mexico—the birthplace of tequila—with the bright and fruity Graaape, a refreshing mix of Volcan Tequila Blanco, lime juice, Kyoho grapes and coriander. From Latin America, she ventures into Europe: first to Spain with Head Down, Horns Forward, a bold concoction inspired by the courage of matadors, made with Ford’s Gin, gazpacho mix, wasabi and soda; then to Belgium, where Is It Biscoff? pays playful homage to the nation’s beloved biscuit with Biscoff syrup, cream, coco pops and Diplomático Exclusive Rum.

Her journey then takes her into Asia, where she explores the diverse culinary landscapes of India, South Korea, Vietnam and Indonesia. In India, she discovers the cultural significance of masala chai with the Nut-Tea Drink, a spirited take on the classic brew, enhanced with The Macallan 12 and sweet vermouth. In South Korea, the vibrant Appletini reimagines the nation’s love for soju with Belvedere Vodka and green apple soju, while Vietnam’s famed egg coffee inspires the Caffeinated Monkey, blending Monkey Shoulder whisky, Vietnamese coffee, coffee liqueur and matcha foam into a rich, indulgent cocktail.

Kiyoko’s sojourn concludes in Singapore with the Yuzu Sling—Mogā’s contemporary interpretation of the iconic Singapore Sling. Prepared through a modern Japanese lens, it combines No.3 Gin, cherry brandy, Cointreau, clarified milk and a yuzu-hibiscus foam for a bright yet creamy finish.

Refreshed Food Menu

Kiyoko’s gastronomic travels wouldn't be complete without food, so Mogā has refreshed its culinary offerings to complement the experience. Perfect for sharing are the Salmon Overload, sushi rolls filled to the brim with salmon aburi, smoked salmon cream cheese, avocado and ikura with spring onions, and the Wagyu beef roll, packed generously with A4 Wagyu beef, caramelised onion, cream cheese, garlic crisps and spring onions.

Even more substantial is the selection of shokupan squad sliders, from the chicken sliders, comprising crispy chicken with tonkatsu mayo and coleslaw, to the prawn sliders, featuring a succulent prawn patty with pickled peppers and coleslaw on the side.

To mark the launch of the Mogā’s new cocktail menu and the hotel’s second anniversary, it is offering an exclusive 1-for-1 cocktail promotion on Kiyoko’s journey cocktails throughout October and November 2025. Bring a friend, order from the new menu and toast together.

Blackout dates apply from October 3 to 5 (F1 weekend) and during guest bartender shifts or pop-up events. Click here to find out more.
