1. Alfresco 64

Whisky fans will revel in this Chivas bar. In collaboration with Chivas Regal, this bar offers an extensive selection of classic and rare whiskies. Cocktail lovers will enjoy the whisky ones on offer like the Cloud 64, a signature featuring a blend of Chivas Regal 18-Year-Old, Maraschino liqueur and pomegranate. 2. Lennon’s

Perched on the top floor of Rosewood hotel is Lennon’s, a speakeasy inspired by mid-century home recording studios. Make your way through its Vinyl Shop, which houses over 6,000 records, before entering the bar that’s complete with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city. Sip on its signature cocktails named after popular artists and songs, like the Donna Summer, comprising a mix of T&T vodka, Mancino Vermouth Rosso, Aperol, oranges, and milk.

3. The Loft

Head to this cocktail bar at Waldorf Astoria for picturesque views and tantalising concoctions. Located on the 56th floor, drinks are inspired by recipes from the 1935 Old Waldorf Astoria Bar in New York City. Try the signature Allure, featuring a mix of butterfly pea-infused Havana Club rum, Barbelto Aged Vermouth, jasmine syrup and clarified lime juice. Or go for the Astoria, a strong cocktail of Beefeater 24 Gin, house blend dry vermouth, orange bitters and blue cheese olive.

4. The Speakeasy Rooftop Bar

Step into this speakeasy and be transported to the 1920s—but first, you’ll need to find the hidden door that takes you there. Once you do, head up to the 25th floor to find an elegant bar with a menu that features both classic and innovative drinks. Gin lovers will be delighted by its vast cocktail offerings that feature the botanical spirit. Don’t see anything you like? Create your own gin tonic—pick your favourite gin, tonic and botanical and let the mixologists handle the rest. 5. Cru Champagne Bar

With a 360-degree open-air view of the city, Cru Champagne Bar is the place to be if you are headed to Bangkok. 

Located on the 59th floor of Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at Centralworld, Cru Champagne Bar boasts an incredible location that will give guests a stunning view of the majestic Chao Phraya River on one end and the Royal Thai Polo Club at another, in addition to other famous landmarks.

7. Seen Restaurant & Bar Bangkok

Start with a signature, like the Queen of Heart, a mix of butter washed Calvados, pear liquor, malic acid, cucumber syrup, tonic water, and garden bitters, or opt for a bright amaretto sour from the Bartender’s Selection. Savour libations like the No. 1, a gin and tonic signature concoction of Caorunn gin, homegrown rosemary, dehydrated grapefruit and Fever Tree Premium Indian tonic; and the Packaged with Love. A house signature, the latter is a refreshing cocktail of rosemary infused Beefeater gin, fresh passionfruit, fresh lime juice, peach bitters and egg white.

10. Yào Rooftop Bar

Sip on Asian-inspired tipples while taking in gorgeous views of Bangkok’s glittering cityscape and the Chao Phraya River at Yào. Signature numbers include the Szechuan, featuring a medley of Absolut vodka, lychee juice, lime juice, kaffir leaves syrup and tonic; and Forbidden Daiquri. 11. Sky Bar

One of the highest rooftop bars in the world, Sky Bar offers unobstructed views of the city’s rivers. Get comfortable at the spacious al fresco area and imbibe on tantalising cocktails like the tropical Sky Sipper, a bubbly offering of Olmeca Altos tequila, dry orange, passionfruit syrup, mango juice, lemon juice, and orange peel. For something gently spiced, go for the gin spiced margarita instead, a sweet and sour concoction of Plymouth gin, Cointreau, watermelon, Thai chilli, agave syrup and fresh lime.
