Cover Pullman Singapore Hill Street in ringing in its second anniversary with style, spirit, and celebration

From rooftop Latin fiestas and chef pop-ups to afternoon teas with luxury giveaways, Pullman Singapore Hill Street celebrates its second anniversary this October with a month-long line-up of food, drink, and festivities

When Pullman Singapore Hill Street first opened in 2023, Tatler Singapore hailed it as “easily one of the most buzz-worthy places to be right now in downtown Singapore.” Two years on, that statement still rings true. The five-star hotel, inspired in part by Pullman’s heritage of transcontinental train travel, has quickly and firmly established itself as a vibrant lifestyle destination where dining, design, and experiences converge.

Its trio of standout dining concepts—Madison’s, Moga, and El Chido–has arguably been central to its appeal. Together, they have quickly and firmly cemented Pullman Singapore Hill Street as one of the city’s go-to destinations for dining and socialising, whether it’s for a long lunch, an after-work tipple, or a rooftop fiesta.

And now, as Pullman Singapore Hill Street celebrates its second anniversary, the hotel is pulling out all the stops with a month-long celebration; a line-up of special events and exclusive offerings that capture the Pullman spirit of conviviality and contemporary flair.

Above Moga turns up the flavour and the fun this October with one-for-one deals and guest bartenders

Cocktails and culinary collaborations at Moga

Those seeking after-hours revelry will want to make Moga their first (and only) stop of the evening. The izakaya-inspired bar is where the night comes alive, pairing bold, modern Japanese flavours with creative cocktails. With its speakeasy-style energy and ever-evolving drinks list, it’s become a favourite for those chasing both flavour and fun.

Throughout October and November, expect spirited nights of creativity, camaraderie, and cutting-edge mixology. Moga is offering one-for-one deals on its 12 new signature cocktails from the newly launched Kiyoko’s Journey cocktail menu–perfect for sharing a round with friends.

The highlight of the month falls on 17 October, when Moga will host a one-night-only collaboration with chef Gao Danyi and Shanghai’s pioneering Union Trading Company. Together with Moga’s own head chef Leon Quek, chef Gao will present exclusive anniversary bites to match the evening’s bold drinks. Behind the bar, Union Trading Company founder Yao Lu and bartender Bin Lee will also showcase the award-winning mixology that made their Shanghai institution a favourite in the French Concession.

The celebrations carry on into November with a stellar line-up of regional guest shifts and parties, starting with Kuala Lumpur’s Penrose and Up & Away on 1 November, Hong Kong’s acclaimed Dead Poets and Quinary on 17 November, and Seoul’s Soko Bar and Villa Records on 24 November.

Above Ceviche, tacos, and tequila-fuelled toasts: Expect all these and more at El Chido’s one-night-only rooftop party on 11 October

Latin rooftop fiesta at El Chido

Latin bar El Chido certainly knows how to throw a rooftop party unlike any other. Perched by the pool with sweeping views of Marina Bay, it’s the perfect mix of food, colourful cocktails, and infectious beats—all with a distinctly Latin flair.

For one night only on 11 October, El Chido will be ablaze with a fiesta to mark Pullman Singapore Hill Street’s second birthday. Two Peruvian guest chefs—Rodrigo Serrano Cabrera (Philippines) and Abel Ortiz Alvarez of Hong Kong’s Chullschick Group—will fire up live ceviche stations and smoky Latin grills for a true Peruvian-style celebration. Expect a free-flow feast with made-to-order ceviche, anticucho tacos, hearty tamales, and traditional picarones dessert to bring the evening to a sweet close.

Of course, no fiesta is complete without cocktails. To keep the good times flowing, signature drinks including El Diablo, Pisco Sour, Magari-Fizz, Paloma, and more will be served at just $10 all night long. Early birds and in-house guests enjoy special pricing, making this rooftop celebration an irresistible way to toast Pullman Singapore Hill Street’s milestone.
