Pullman Singapore Hill Street’s Japanese izakaya bar, Mogā, lets imbibers travel the world with its refreshed cocktail menu inspired by global flavours

Mogā, Pullman Singapore Hill Street’s izakaya-inspired cocktail bar, takes guests on a spirited journey with its new storybook menu, charting the travels of its fictional muse, Kiyoko, across 12 countries. Each chapter introduces flavours, traditions and ingredients reimagined as cocktails, grouped into Refreshing, Savoury, Creamy, Boozy and Strong.

In Mexico, Kiyoko discovers tequila through the bright and fruity Graaape—Volcan Tequila Blanco shaken with lime juice, Kyoho grapes and coriander for a zesty start. Her Asian explorations yield creations such as Nut-Tea Drink, a boozy twist on India’s masala chai; Caffeinated Monkey, inspired by Vietnam’s beloved egg coffee; and Yuzu Sling, a refreshing take on Singapore’s iconic Sling.

No visit to Mogā is complete without food. Lighter options include the Mozuku Salad with Niigata seaweed, ginger, sweet rice vinegar and shoyu, or the peanut sprout salad with crushed peanuts, shio kombu and togarashi. For indulgence, there are Wagyu and chicken sliders, alongside yakitori skewers of beef tongue, grilled grouper and mochi.

Tatler Tip:

From October to November 2025, Mogā is offering a special 1-for-1 promotion on its travel-inspired cocktails. Blackout dates apply.
