For delectable European comfort fare paired with good wines in a relaxing space, visit Basic Wine Store. While the focus is on a curation of low-intervention wines, these pours are best complemented by the ever-evolving menu of thoughtfully constructed sharing plates. The restaurant operates with a rotating menu, with specials on the board changing every other day, such as the sole fish burger with a golden crust paired with melted cheddar and a toasted bun. A fan favourite is also the casarecce prawn pasta, flavoured with prawn stock and prawn chilli oil.
