The Bakhel
Self-taught home baker Ling is the talent behind The Bakhel, which she founded during the MCO. Ling often incorporates unusual Asian flavours such as miso and gochujang into her focaccia, which has a crunchy exterior and a light, airy interior. Her focaccia sandwiches are a decadent treat, layered with ingredients such as tuna, kimchi and otak-otak.
