Bar Trigona
Celebrating locally-sourced ingredients from Malaysian farms, Bar Trigona’s latest menu features homegrown produce such as Malaysian cocoa, honey and figs. For instance, the Terroir cocktail uses ingredients from Trigona Farm, Bar Trigona’s own plot of land in Pahang where fruit, herbs and spices featured on the menu are grown. Drawing inspiration from the local favourite drink limau assam boi, kedondong and lime from Trigona Farm are combined with assam boi-infused tequila, Cointreau, and cacao honey to produce this refreshing cocktail.
