One of these is Thai, so expect authentic dishes like pad Thai goong (shrimp pad Thai) and pla kapong neung, which is a steamed barramundi fillet topped with spicy green chilli, garlic and lime sauce. Transport yourself to the Caribbean this weekend at Skai, the contemporary grill restaurant which has brought back its famed tropical brunch on September 25. Look forward to an eclectic mix of dishes such as smoked duck served with a green mango salad, grilled snapper with coconut rice, pork belly, and jerk chicken thigh.

Enjoy your meal with free-flow cocktails, curated to evoke laidback island vibes—highlights include Mary in Okinawa (a blend of sake, seaweed vodka and honey), ume mojito (made with umeshu, lime yuzu and mint), and pina tairo (spiced rum, pineapple and ginger).
