The famed Italian restaurant's new home will be at Hilton Singapore Orchard, which will open its doors in 2022

Much to the excitement of food lovers, Italian restaurant Osteria Mozza by renowned chef Nancy Silverton is returning to Singapore next year. Formerly located at Marina Bay Sands, its new home will be at Hilton Singapore Orchard (which used to Mandarin Orchard) when it reopens its doors under real estate owner and developer OUE Limited in 2022.

“Singapore is such an exciting city for gastronomy and we are truly excited to be partnering with Hilton Singapore Orchard and OUE to create outstanding dining experiences that will delight and inspire,” said Nancy Silverton.

Known for its delicious pastas and pizzas (and its special crust that’s equal parts crispy and chewy), the reincarnated restaurant will offer a refreshed menu comprising signatures from the original outpost in Los Angeles as well as new dishes crafted just for Singapore. The extensive menu will be complemented by a wide selection of Italian wines as well as innovative cocktails.
