The Peel Street newcomer Candour is bringing revellers a glamorous red-carpet inspired soiree this NYE. Expect live music, a great selection of drinks and a scrumptious set menu with dishes including festive salads, octopus croquettes, cotoletta Milanese and salmon fillet, and sweet garlic roasted cauliflower. A special fried milk pudding topped with caramelised sauce will be served to round off your meal.

At 10pm, the Candour Gala will begin with live DJ music and free-flow champagne to set the mood for the party crowd.

4. Café Claudel

Ring in the new year in style with an immersive apres-ski-themed dining experience, courtesy of Café Claudel’s exclusive menu featuring delicious drinks and light bites. On December 31, the restaurant will be serving up a decadent eight-course menu featuring refined dishes that will impress discerning palates, such as Tsarskaya oyster, pan-fried langoustine, chicken broth with bird nest, grilled Japanese beef tenderloin, to name just a few. To satisfy your sweet tooth, a tempting selection of desserts including lemon and verbena and yuzu sorbet, crunchy raspberry chocolate crème with champagne ice cream will be offered as well.
