This Michelin-starred establishment at The Ritz-Carlton may impress with its stylish interiors and sweeping harbour views at first, but it’s their consistently well-executed Cantonese dishes that keep hungry diners coming back for more.

On Christmas Eve, the restaurant will be serving up a new six-course menu. Notable dishes include deep-fried crab shell filled with crab meant and onion, baked tiger prawn stuffed with minced shrimp in soup, as well as braised glutinous rice with minced garoupa. Caprice

Luxurious and elegant, what better to celebrate Christmas this year than at Caprice at Four Seasons Hong Kong? On Christmas Eve, the three Michelin-starred French restaurant will be offering an indulgent eight-course dinner meticulously prepared by chef de cuisine Guillaume Galliot, which features delights including Brittany scallop with Oscietra caviar; foie gras terrine; as well as black truffle and artichoke.

This year, the three-Michelin starred establishment is rolling out two different menus for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, where guests can look forward to a variety of classic Chinese delicacies prepared with premium ingredients and exemplary cooking techniques.

Highlights of the menus include marinated jellyfish and sliced geoduck; braised bird’s nest broth with lobster and tofu; braised whole South African abalone with goose web; as well as fried puntalette with diced goose in XO chilli sauce.

Feather & Bone

Known for its gourmet cheeses and premium meats, Feather & Bone welcomes guests to celebrate the most joyful time of the year with two new dine-in menus.

The Christmas Sharing Menu offers an impressive mix of classic festive delicacies and the restaurant’s most popular dishes, which begins with starters such as charred baguette, house special smoked brisket pastrami and a salumi and prosciutto board, followed by the classic roast turkey roulade featuring fig and cinnamon stuffing. The feast then ends with desserts of Christmas pudding and eggnog custard, alongside a premium selection of cheese and crackers. A vegetarian version of the sharing menu is also available.

When: Both sharing menus are available from November 15 to December 25. Feather & Bone accepts reservations between November 15 and December 19, where all bookings must be made three days in advance for a minimum of four guests. Walk-ins of all group sizes will be welcomed from December 20-25.

Chaiwala

Celebrate Christmas the Indian way with delectable food offerings at Chiwala! Choose from the festive brunch menu or the dinner tasting menu, both of which features signature dishes including pani puri with jal-jeera and Malabar scallops. The festive feast continues with a selection of mouthwatering tandoori meats and curries accompanied with fresh naan bread.

Chilli Fagara

This Christmas, Sichuan mainstay Chilli Fagara has created a nine-course menu that would surprise regulars of traditional western restaurants. Perfect for spicy food lovers who’re looking to enjoy a memorable festive dining experience, the menu includes a delectable spread of classic Sichuan dishes crafted with contemporary twists.

Guests will start with appetisers on sharing plates such as baked clams with fresh green peppercorn and lettuce wraps with Sichuan preserved sausages, before feasting on the hot and sour soup with fresh seafood. Next up, hearty mains such as stir-fried lobster with vermicelli in chilli sauce, crispy fried lamb shank, and crab meat and egg white fried rice with premium truffle sauce will be served. Offering contemporary takes on Cantonese classics, Sing Yin at W Hong Kong is a great shout for a fresh twist on Christmas dining.

Their new five-course menu includes prawn and fresh fruit salad with crispy crab claw, and braised pumpkin soup with bird’s nest and seafood to start, followed by satisfying main dishes including pan-fried garoupa fillet, sautéed boneless chicken in black truffle sauce, as well as pan-fried scallop with angel hair noodles.
