Moving on, you have the Western kitchen where you can indulge in festive specials, like the homemade gnocchi crowned with creamy sea urchin, and rock lobster thermidor dressed in a brandy cream sauce. Anticipate a selection of authentic Italian fare, including creamy risotto tossed in a parmigiano reggiano wheel and crowned with earthy Périgord black truffle shavings. For a meaty dish, go for the spalla d’agnello al forno, fork tender slow charred lamb shoulder accompanied with mustard; or try the sauteed black mussels bathed in a tomato and basil sauce. Finish the meal on a sweet note with the New Year croquembouche, comprising airy choux filled with light vanilla pastry cream stacked in a conical shape and bound with sweet caramel.
