Opened in 2015, this restaurant is one of the best places on the island state to indulge in
flame-grilled specialities such as sustainable seafood and flavourful dry-aged steaks. The service is also impeccable; even on a fully packed Friday evening the staff remain personable and attentive. Gather a few friends or family to share plates such as the whisky-aged Rangers Valley Wagyu tomahawk and Wagyu and lobster platter while leaving room for equally stellar dishes such as smoked risotto, crunchy grilled green asparagus, crab cake and a divine Flame- boyant Banana dessert of caramelised flame-grilled banana with citrus gelato and salted caramel. The alcoholic beverage list spans Old and New World wines and you can count on the staff to recommend an excellent pairing.
