In Pictures: Tatler GMT’s exclusive evening of watch discovery with Breitling

Held at its newest boutique in The Exchange TRX, the occasion offered a closer look at Breitling’s bold spirit and fine craftsmanship

Throughout July, Tatler GMT partnered with The Exchange TRX to celebrate the art of horology, which included a series of watchmaking masterclasses conducted by the team behind Time & Motions at the mall’s newly opened Premium Lounge. The initiative also saw collaborations with several of the mall’s watch boutiques, offering esteemed guests an exclusive first look at their novelties.

Breitling kicked off this series of discoveries on August 2 with an intimate showcase of the latest novelties that reflect its dual identity as a brand rooted in heritage yet driven by innovation. Among the highlights were the retro-chic Top Time, a spirited nod to vintage chronographs of the 1960s and modelled with modern-day cool by Austin Butler, and the Superocean Heritage, refreshed with vibrant summery colours. Through bold design updates and refined engineering, the new releases affirm Breitling’s ability to reinterpret its storied past for a contemporary audience—without losing sight of what made the originals iconic.

Guests were served delicious canapes and Martell Cordon Bleu. An aromatherapist was present to customise essential oils for guests to take home. The evening was enlivened by a dart game, where the winner received a special Breitling prize.
