The urban chic timepiece in stainless steel comes with a special green dial inspired by garden cities
Fifteen years ago, Bell & Ross opened its first physical store with Swiss Watch in Kuala Lumpur International Airport. This partnership only grew stronger as years passed, resulting in the current total of seven points of sale in Malaysia, in addition to two standalone Bell & Ross boutiques in 1 Utama and Mid Valley Megamall.
In 2019, Bell & Ross launched the BR05, a contemporary urban take on the square case of the BR01, which was inspired by the flight instrument panel. Departing from the utilitarian style of the BR01, the BR05 came with a new integrated strap for a look that had been described by Bell & Ross' creative director Bruno Belamich as "a graphic style which is both striking and modern."

To celebrate the enduring partnership between Bell & Ross and Swiss Watch, a new BR05 made its debut today. Meet the BR-05 Chrono Green Garden City, a collaborative watch between the watchmaker and the watch retailer featuring a sunburst green dial that recalls the green spaces of major cities around the world. Constructed in satin-finished and polished steel, the BR05 Chrono Green Garden City is powered by the automatic BR-CAL.326 calibre.

Tong shares that the inspiration of the new BR05 stems from "the symbiosis between the modern man and his quest for green and sustainable urban living. He does not want to live in an urban jungle. He doesn't want to live in a concrete jungle. He wants to live in a natural garden city."
The choice of BR05 to commemorate the Swiss Watch partnership was simple. "The BR05 meets the demands of the modern man perfectly. It's masculine, full of character with carefully executed finishes," declares Tong.
