Interior decorator Laura Cheung is the founder of home-decor and lifestyle studio Lala Curio, known for its singular aesthetic that fully expresses her personality. Born in Australia, Cheung comes from a family long involved in traditional Chinese decorative arts, as both collectors and manufacturers. Her personal style is rife with quirky patterns, retro prints and fabulous accessories that will make you want to dress up—whatever the occasion.

2. Arthur de Villepin

Best known as the co-founder of art gallery Villepin, Arthur de Villepin runs a variety of businesses promoting fine culture, under the umbrella of the Art de Vivre Group. An avid art collector himself, he opened the gallery in 2018 with his father, former French prime minister Dominique de Villepin. When he’s not sharing photos of art, landscapes and interiors, he shares his classic French style which consists of plenty neutral tones and tailored jackets.

3. Stephanie Au

Swimmer Stephanie Au is the only athlete to have represented Hong Kong four times at the Olympic Games, and was just 16 when she debuted. She advocates for women’s participation in sport, gender equality and mental health awareness, using social media to show her 156,000 followers that modelling and sport aren’t always about perfection. Outside of the pool, she sports a cool-girl look that blends feminine style with modern pieces.

4. Robert Wun

Fashion designer Robert Wun loves a good pleat—they feature in most of his designs, along with sharp tailoring, structured details and elements of corsets., and While he occasionally shows his face, his Instagram page is full of his stunning designs, which are a lesson in layering and colour. He celebrates powerful women in his fantastical, unabashedly escapist collections that channel influences from science fiction and nature into a constantly surprising, highly conceptual aesthetic.

5. Lindsay Jang

Lindsay Jang’s minimalistic yet edgy style is reflection of her career—founder of Yardbird, and subsequent other brands such as izakaya-style venue Ronin, spirits distributor Sunday’s Distribution and fast-casual chicken stand Roti Tori, she’s has since branched out to make her other passion for health and wellness a priority. She launched Family Form in 2021, her unique fitness programming in partnership with The Upper House, and often shares photos wearing athleisure inspired looks in the F&B signature colour—black.

6. Issac Lam

Photographer Issac Lam doesn’t post about himself, rather he shares snippets of his fashionable editorial shoots and profiles of high profile figures such as the legendary Tony Leung and overnight sensation Anson Lo. Inspired by the everyday style of Hongkongers, his work is a tribute to local youth culture and often uses classic Hong Kong scenes as backdrops. His photos capture a sense of nostalgia enmeshed in the present, and will surely provide a daily dose of inspiration.

7. Anaïs Mak

Anaïs Mak founded her Paris and Hong Kong-based label fashion label Anaïs Jourden in 2012, which is stocked in top stores globally, from Lane Crawford to Le Bon Marché. Known for mixing playful, feminine silhouettes with masculine tailoring, she is the first Hong Kong designer to show her collections at Paris Fashion Week, and her personal style encompasses much of those values. She also has her own line of fine jewellery, Anaïs Emphasis, in collaboration with Emphasis Jewellery, which she wears in most of the photos she posts.
