A celebration of innovation and expertise, The Aivee Clinic is recognised for its leadership in Endolift technology

At the resplendent Manila House, guests, media and cherished Aivee clients—fondly known as Aivee Leaguers—gathered on November 27, 2025, for the Endolift Awarding Event. Here, the prestigious clinic was recognised by Creative Skin president and Endolift distributor, Cathy Velez, alongside global expert Dr Roberto Ruffa.

Endolift, a minimally invasive laser treatment designed to tighten the skin, refine facial contours and stimulate collagen production, has surged in popularity in recent years. The Aivee Clinic’s deep expertise with the procedure, paired with its consistency in exceptional patient satisfaction, has firmly established itself as the premier practitioner in the Philippines.

The event opened with the day’s gracious host, Anne Gauthier, setting the tone for an engaging programme. Dr Z Teo, co-founder and CEO of The Aivee Clinic, welcomed guests and shared how the laser treatment first captured his interest. “Endolift is something that is close to me and Aivee’s heart,” he said. “What really excites us is [that] we have really managed to bridge the gap between surgical and non-surgical facelift. Something in-between.”

Dr Z went on to speak about his own experience of testing the product. “I think, with some nostalgia, the art of surgery, the skill of the doctor and technology [are] important. It’s when you marry those two and get good results.”

The event was marked by an intimate luncheon: The four-course meal began with tinola soup served in a miniature papaya, a witty and elegant touch that immediately set guests at ease. What followed, including a beautifully assembled lumpiang hubad salad and a juicy, perfectly Josperized flank steak paired with gising-gising, unfolded with effortless charm. Between bites, it was impossible not to discreetly admire the presence and poise of the Aivee Leaguers at the neighbouring table, each seemingly at their most radiant. Later on, as we savoured an indulgent avocado halo-halo for dessert, it was revealed that they were, in fact, all proud Endolift patients.

Adding to the programme was Dr Roberto Ruffa, who travelled from Italy to grace the occasion and unveil the latest advancements in the realm of Endolift. He fondly shared how both Dr Z and Dr Aivee personally trained under him to become Endolift experts themselves. “It’s a very big event today because of my Filipino family and this technology,” he continued, underscoring the product’s remarkable versatility.

In his keynote, Dr Ruffa highlighted the procedure’s capabilities across various areas: the face, belly, love handles and even banana rolls—a term that drew amused attention from the audience. He also discussed how it complements traditional surgery or can be transformative, entirely on its own. “It was a winning idea because the results in the look of the skin and the tissues are so incredibly wonderful. We can tailor our treatment to everyone!”

Candid testimonials from Aivee Leaguers followed, each recounting their own experience with the well-loved, minimally invasive intervention. Monchet Olives shared, “There’s this thing that I do, I call it a maintenance check. When people ask me, I strongly recommend [Endolift]—it’s painless [and] it’s not fuzzy. It’s a way to be able to rejuvenate, and it’s the road to freshness!”

Joanna Preysler-Francisco, admired for her timeless elegance, spoke of its subtle but transformative effect. “I’m 56 years old, and I just want to look like a very healthy 56-year-old,” she said, later adding, “People have been telling me my skin has been so glowy. Endolift was the game-changer—it brought my glow back.”

The room lit up when Maricel Soriano, dubbed the country’s very own Diamond Star, made her entrance. She slipped off her sunglasses to delighted murmurs, fresh from announcing her newest film. The actress shared that friends often tell her she does not seem to age. “I said that I'm getting older. My age, but not my face," she joked, crediting her trust in the clinic for helping her maintain a natural, graceful look.

Dr Aivee echoed this sentiment, noting that Maricel is “a living testament to growing old gracefully with the right treatment,” adding that it is essential to choose options “with minimal downtime but with the results she needs.”

Cat Arambulo-Antonio, the very first to undergo Endolift at The Aivee Clinic and proudly hailed as patient 1.0, spoke with her trademark charisma. “I rode my horse the next day, and I was totally fine…and it took like 20 years off me!”

With The Aivee Clinic now formally recognised as the country’s leading practitioner, the award underscores the team’s unwavering pursuit of excellence. More than an added feather in their cap, it stands as proof of their commitment to research, training and patient-centred results. This approach has not only earned the trust of their ever-busy clientele but has also reinforced their standing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine. As Dr Z remarked, “This recognition motivates us even more…Endolift is the next chapter in natural, effective, and downtime-free rejuvenation.”

It was a moment of celebration, a testament to expertise and a glimpse into the future of non-surgical lifting. Above all, the occasion reaffirmed why The Aivee Clinic continues to do what it does best: to change lives and bring world-class, Science-backed innovations for Filipino patrons to experience and enjoy.
